We offer solutions for publication, newspaper, packaging for offset, flexo and inkjet printing in two concepts: zero-speed splicing and flying pasting. Both options with a 99.7% regular and repeated success rate. This translates into low waste and maximum production time. The splice preparation is simple and fast.

Contiweb Fluid Applicator
Contiweb developed a new approach to using silicone better and more efficiently. This newly adapted technology and design guarantees a reduction of more than 50%
of the current costs of silicon in web offset presses.

Rewinder
For inkjet web printing we have developed an automatic rewinder with modular design, enabling our customers to expand or upgrade this device with optional functionality in the future. The concept is based on a zero-speed principle, enabling users to run a continuous web. For packaging applications slitters have been integrated.

ContiwebVision
In the past years successful printers have invested heavily in sophisticated auxiliaries and software tools to analyse and optimize their processes. The ContiwebVision system is designed to identify the cause of web breaks and predict and prevent repeat occurences.

Dryer System
Drying is a critical component in heatset web applications, and Contiweb continues to set the industry standard for quality, efficiency and reliability through the innovative technology of its Ecoset, Ecocool, Ecotherm and Ecoweb systems. Several innovations in the Ecoset system make it posible to save up to 70% of the gas consumption, making it the world's most efficient dryer.
